Controller details pending publication before public registration
The controller is the operator of the Interlude Reforged project, established in Spain. The legal identity and privacy contact must be published before public account launch; privacy requests can then be sent through that official contact channel.
We may process web username, encrypted email address, password hash, linked Lineage 2 login names, verification and consent records, forum content, and limited security metadata. Raw passwords are never stored. New email addresses are encrypted at rest and are not exposed in normal administration views.
Account creation, authentication, email verification, game-account linking, community features and security are processed because they are necessary to provide the service, protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or where applicable because you consented to an optional feature.
Email delivery, hosting and database providers may process the minimum data needed to provide their services. Email delivery necessarily requires the recipient address at send time. Personal data is not sold to advertisers.
Account data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period where needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. You may request account deletion, subject to data that must be retained by law or for legitimate anti-abuse records.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to the competent data-protection authority. EU/EEA and UK users retain their statutory GDPR rights; other mandatory local privacy rights also remain available.
Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used. Material policy changes will be dated and, where necessary, users will be asked to accept a new version.
The service is not directed to young children. Users must meet the minimum age required by their local law to create an online account, or use the service with any legally required parental authorization.
