DEVELOPMENT LOG
Lineage 2 Interlude fixes, balance & development changelog.
Track repaired skills, class balance, common L2J fixes, combat work, world systems and server technology as they move from implementation into testing.
01
September 2026 · Classes & skills
A broad identity pass is active across archers, daggers, tanks, summoners, buffers, mages, dwarves and Dreadnought. Forgotten skills, weak class tools, summons, cubics, debuffs and class-specific mechanics are being repaired without flattening every class into the same role.
02
September 2026 · Combat core
Physical damage, criticals and weapon scaling have been reworked together. Skill chaining is more responsive, movement and targeting friction is reduced, and active physical skills remain relevant without replacing normal attacks.
03
September 2026 · World systems
Level 61–80 progression is being spread across recovered zones and connected objectives. Fortresses, territory, taxes, Hordes and the Caravan system are being developed as reusable world systems instead of isolated custom events.
04
September 2026 · Raid & Grand Boss progression
Raid access, boss rooms, reward tables and characteristic boss equipment are being audited so encounters fit progression and signature rewards behave consistently.
05
September 2026 · Seven Signs restored
Seal Stones and Ancient Adena keep a real purpose, while Seven Signs services and Mammon access are being made practical for a long-term server instead of becoming abandoned legacy content.
06
September 2026 · Technology layer
Netcode response, geodata, pathfinding, NPC combat states and Java-core fixes are reviewed together. The objective is a cleaner modern server feel while keeping the recognizable Interlude client.
07
September 2026 · Accounts & Community
A private web-account layer, email verification, protected sessions, Community topics/replies and future controlled linking to multiple Lineage 2 logins have been implemented on the website backend.
08
Client compatibility
Gameplay evolution remains server-side wherever possible. The server is designed around compatible Interlude installations without forcing players onto a heavily modified Interlude Reforged client pack.
